Window 1: Thursday 8/27 5:00 PM PDT – Monday 9/14 11:00 AM PDT Wave 1 regions will open for both inbound and outbound transfers, allowing players to move between 1a and 1b regions. Players in Wave 2 and 3 regions will be able to move into Wave 1 regions, but will not be able to move to another Wave 2 or 3 region during this window.Note: Some Wave 2 and 3 regions will be excluded from this due to the current power levels of those regions.
