Hello Survivors,

During the War of Champions weekend, several issues occurred in the game that were not intended. You can find a list of the issues and their resolutions below:

  • Missing Corn/Wishbones on War of Champions Region
    • Issue: Corn and Wishbone free login offers were unavailable on the War of Champions Region
    • Resolution: All War of Champions participants will be sent Corn Cobs for each day that they were unable to obtain them in the WoC region. Survivors Club members will also be sent the appropriate quantity of Wishbones. Expect to receive these within the next 24 hours if you were impacted.
  • Additional Leagues Character: Barker
    • Issue: A small number of players (less than 50) were able to obtain a second Leagues Barker on the War of Champions Region
    • Resolution: The additional Barker is being removed from the corresponding player’s accounts. These players will have their season tokens and gear returned to them. Additionally, Benedicts will be credited to these players corresponding to the tier that they reached with the erroneous Barker.
  • War Stash Token Expiration
    • Issue: War of Champions participants War Stash Tokens converted to markers when transferring into the region
    • Resolution: All players will have their converted Tokens replaced via Inbox within the next 24 hours.
  • Armory Token Visual Error
    • Issue: A visual issue occurred with the War of Champions mission where it stated that 100,000 Armory Tokens were a possible reward, when in actuality the mission only provided 10,000 Armory Tokens. This issue was visible on all regions.
    • Resolution: This was a visual issue only, the event awarded the intended number of tokens.
  • Region Transfer Timing
    • Issue: Region Transfers out of the War of Champions region opened later than intended
    • Resolution: Transfers were opened, this issue is now resolved.
  • Arena Reload Issue
    • Issue: A small number of players (about 60) encountered a reload while engaging with Arena over the weekend. 
    • Resolution: We will be sending all impacted players 4 Champions Tickets within the next 24 hours, via inbox.
