Hello Survivors,
As many of you know, we recently encountered an issue with Champion’s Arena where a larger number of players than expected would be inserted into the same Champion’s Arena ladder. Due to this, many players lost out on the opportunity to receive the rewards associated with the Champion’s Arena itself, along with Leagues promotion opportunities. This is not the Champion’s Arena experience that we wanted to deliver.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working behind the scenes to correct the issue, though it’s taken longer than we originally anticipated to correct. At this point we’re happy to confirm that as of last weekend’s Champion’s Arena, the issue is now entirely resolved.
As a result of this recent issue, we will be sending compensation packages out to players depending on which league you are currently in. You can find the breakdown of the compensation below:

You can expect to receive your corresponding compensation package within 24 hours via inbox.
Notes:
- This compensation will be delivered via inbox to the region in which you have the highest league placement.
- If you play in multiple regions, you will only be eligible to receive compensation on one region total.
- If you have two regions that have identical League positions, one of those two regions will be randomly selected. Make sure you check both regions for your compensation if you fall into this category
- If you receive compensation in the wrong region, please contact Customer Support immediately and do not use the compensation you received.
