Hey Survivors, we are aware that for the first hour of the awakening event, players who awakened Negan got grade 1 Negan instead of the fully maxed out LB3 Awakened Negan. This issue was fixed immediately. Players can go ahead & awaken their Negan in the Museum & they will be getting a fully maxed Awakened Negan.
We are also working out on a solution for the impacted players to get their maxed out LB3 Awakened Negan copy. We will keep you posted & we would like to profusely apologise for this issue & thank you for your patience.
