Players can collect Syringes by purchasing offers from the shop. Players will need to use the Syringes to complete the Pick Your Poison premium missions to earn your choice of Ultra Tokens or Advanced Tokens.
Players who purchase offers from the web will also be able to earn your choice of Ultra Tokens or Advanced Tokens from the Pick your Poison Web Event..

Players who log in and make a purchase via the Web Portal will receive 5 points toward The Pick Your Poison Web Event for each $1 USD spent and will be rewarded with their choice of Ultra Tokens or Advanced Tokens!
